The primary members of the team are the owner, HILL Construction, and the architect. As the construction services provider on your team, we have the expertise required of a team member. HILL Construction is experienced in working with architects and owners during design development.
Our team concept is designed to provide you, the owner, with a higher quality building at a lower cost in less time than the standard design-bid-build method.
Cost Control & Estimating
Since 1956 each member of our firm
has gained widespread knowledge in cost controls. We solicit
prices from carefully selected subcontractors and suppliers
on each item involved in your building. The price is then
analyzed to see if it is “in line” with our expectations. In
short, we properly manage the prices we receive with the
intention of providing the most product at the most
reasonable cost.
Our project managers review their actual labor costs weekly
in order to keep the expenses below budget. The
superintendent is given an incentive to bring the project in
early, below budget, and safely. The total of these
management tools allows us to be very competitive in pricing
our projects with the benefit of lower cost, faster move-in
accruing for you.
