	Ashley Hall Gardens - Woodbridge Apartments A 84 unit project with interior and exterior renovations.
	Fort Sumter House This was a hotel to condominium renovation complete with interior renovations, new windows, new HVAC system and an upgraded electrical system.
	High Hammock Villas A six phase renovation project that included new Hardi ColorPlus siding, windows, decks, roofing and stairs for 100 units in sixteen buildings.
	Melrose Townhouses HUD renovation of 104 units and the construction of 32 new garages. The project also included new paving a storm drainage, clubhouse and pool, tennis and volleyball court and windows and porches.
	Oceanview Condos This project included 6 new condominium units on front beach with siding exterior.
	Stinson Townhouses HUD renovation of 86 units. The project also included new pool and pool house, entrance and streetscape, clubhouse and mail facility, front porches, windows and patios.
	Tolers Cove Exterior repairs due to extensive damage and rot. The stucco was removed and replaced with hardiplank siding.
