	Asten Johnson This project included the demolition of an existing building and constructing a new facility w/ metal roof, block and stucco exterior, and an expanded parking lot.
	Barnwell, Whaley, Patterson & Helms Interior upfit in addition to construction of two story office building with stucco and brick exterior, high-end interior finishes, and second floor balcony with storefront windows.
	Berenyi, Inc. A two story, 14,000 sf office building on Daniel Island.
	Blackbaud A four story, 230,000 office building on Daniel Island. Includes offices, an atrium, classrooms and a dining facility.
	The Carroll Building This 30,000 sf renovation to an original 1900's structure in Charleston's Historic District. The Carroll Building has three floors of office suites, high end finished and a brick exterior.
	Charleston Convention and Visitors Bureau 12,000 sf interior upfit in the Historic District.
	James Doran Company A two story 11,000 sf office building on Daniel Island.
	Evergreen America Corporation A two story 19,200 sf office building on Daniel Island with brick and stucco exterior.
	Faber Place This office building is three stories, 68,000 sf and has a block and stucco exterior. It is rated as Class A office space.
	Cigna Healthsource This 80,000 sf office building is two stories with brick an dryvit exterior.
	Infinger Transportation 6,4000 sf office and warehouse space with brick and siding exterior.
	Island Park Office Building A two story 20,000 sf office building on Daniel Island with a second floor balcony and storefront windows.
	Long Point 60,000 sf of Class A office space with brick and stucco exterior. The project included two mirror-image buildings.
	Nelson, Mullins, Riley & Scarborough This 5th and 6th floor renovation started with a complete demolition of the existing interior. New plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems were all installed. The space was accented with new marble and mahogany finishes.
	Prudential Belle Hall The 8,400 sf CarolinaOne (formerly Prudential) office building is on metal stud framing with brick veneer exterior.
	Prudential James Island This stand alone CarolinaOne (formerly Prudential) is 6,000 sf with brick veneer and storefront windows.
	S & ME The S&ME office is 18,995 sf with metal stud framing, brick and siding exterior, and displays a generous use of windows.
	Seven Farms Center This multi-use building houses offices, a fitness center, a restaurant, child care facility, and retail destination. It is three stories and constructed of brick and siding with a metal roof and storefront windows.
