	Carolina Youth Development 2,000 sf of office space, a 1,000 sf workshop, a 3,300 sf cafeteria and a 1,6000 sf commercial kitchen. Hill worked with CPW to lower tap and impact fess to priovide new water service.
	Charleston Library Society A 9,500 sf renovation with duplication of original facade covered with original metal skin.
	Children's Museum of the Lowcountry Renovation of an old warehouse into a children's museum with seven exhibit halls with murals and interactive displays.
	Children's Nook A 10,722 sf daycare and preschool building. Hill Construction received the Merit Commercial award at the Charleston Regional Business Journal 2006 Pace Awards for the work done at the Children's Nook.
	College of Charleston Library A 30,000 sf three story library with stucco finish and winding concrete stairs.
	Lowcountry Children's Center Renovations to existing facility including a new front entrance.
